Hi guys, I wasn’t very good at updating my slimming world blog was I! Well I’m back and I’m going to be using this space like a food diary. Counting my syns, my free food and my super free. I’ve slowly put weight back on… 10lb to be precise! And it needs to come off! So I’ll be updating this blog on a daily basis from tomorrow, food diarys, exercise logs and weigh in results…. Lets go!!

Slimmer Summerthon Day 1.

Ok so it starts today, April 9th. I’ve set a target to loose 10lb in the challenge and getting my family to support me by sponsoring too. Last SW weigh in was 12st 0.5lb on the 5th April.
I’m dreading this week as I’ll have to go to group a day early due to work commitments and I don’t think I will of lost…. I’ve not had any Easter eggs but I have been using my syns to the max the last few days. I hope that the next three days make up for it with plenty of super free food optimising. I want to get a walk and a swim in there too. We shall see how it goes!!

This makes me feel abit sick but it’s always good to visualise your loss. (13.5lb in 5 weeks for me!)
